Booked through Expedia, the lady at reception didn’t like it. Gave such a hard time to check in and get 2 rooms together as I traveling with my old parents and my son. When booked, booked both the rooms together and the lady said they don’t have 2 rooms available on the same floor. I had to keep requesting for almost 1/2 an hour, then suddenly she had rooms available together on the same floor.
Apart from that good experience. Less then 5 minutes walk from Swamis Samadhi. That was the whole goal of visiting. It was good.

Very pleased that i got a free upgrade for using hotels.com. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and secure as single female traveller. Hotel is conveniently located. My personal feedback for improvement is for the hotel to look into the cleanliness of their bedsheets and service at the restaurant. Overall, it was a good value for money stay for me.
