The place is old as people have said. They are remodeling. It is worth the price. Old but clean an no bugs. AC worked great, refer worked great. Kettle in the room but no coffee. Very bare bones, if that buthers you, don't stay here. I was with my 26 yo Filipino gf and she loved it. The beds were very comfortable and that light linenes were just enough. The tv was out that they told us before we checked in, they had free wifi so that did not matter to us.
We had a check in problem, my fault. They were very nice about it, trusting and worked with us. The staff there are great.
It was a very good time.
