Upon arrival the front desk staff welcomed me warmly and friendly. Told me everything I needed to know. And was very informative. A few updates would make this diamond shine for sure.

Hotel is under alot of construction at current time. We have stayed there many times and understand the need for updates and maintenance but it would have been nice to know in advance or perhaps reduction of rates during the Reno. I'm sure that the hotel will look amazing when we return next year. Staff is always amazing and rooms are always clean. Thanks for a great weekend!

Staff was amazing and super helpful. Bike storage room was perfect for our dirty bikes and room was super spacious. Overall a great experience.
