I have stayed at this hotel many times for good reason. The entire staff is hard working and dedicated to making your stay feel like a home away from home. The receptionists are kind and willing to help however they can, and the housekeeping staff leave the rooms spotless and clean every time. Toyoko Inn sets the standard for how all hotels should be, and they are the gem of Cebu

Almost 25years i did not go home. And first hotel i stayed not bad . I would stay here again if I go back to cebu:)

This is the second time staying here, 7 years apart. The place is clean and well maintained. The rates are very good. Breakfast is included, which is excellent. The room is modern and in excellent condition, including the much needed A/C.
The pool area, which sits on the roof, has since been abandoned. This however does not detract from the overall experience, in my opinion. We were very happy staying here, so much so that I signed up for a lifetime membership. We will be looking for this hotel every opportunity we get.
Another plus, this hotel sits above a huge mall, so during our stay we never went outside. Everything we needed was in the mall.
