Great and unique experience!
Very friendly staff and we always felt very welcome. We were upgraded to the suite only 2 meters from Caribbean Sea - very clear water with many shades of blue and green colours. Great snorkling just outside the door. Especially the evening and the morning were a unique and great experience as we were quite alone with only 10-12 other people on the island. The place is a little worn, especially after a big storm 5 weeks earlier - but it contributed to the unique experience of being very isolated from the outside world. Still highly recommended.
The food was average.
During the day a group of young people came for a one day trip. Heavy drinking and they made a lot of noise. It was ok as the party took place on the roof top of the restaurant in god distance from our cabin. But it ruined the “we are lonely and isolated feeling”. But we got that special feeling in the evening after they left.
The trip back to Cartagena was very rough in the little boat.
