The hotel is a quick walk from the train station. Love Nagoya it’s a perfect size has great laid back energy. The Central Park area is fun with lots of open air restaurants. Staff was super helpful with forwarding our luggage to our next destination.

For a Japanese business hotel, it provided quite a lot of western comforts, such as soft bedding. They also hire plenty of foreigners, making it feel less Japanese, and facilitates easier communication.

Older property close to Nagoya Railway Station. Convenience stores & restaurants nearby. Front desk friendly & professional. Hotel lets itself down by poor cleaning & maintenance standards. Old carpet needs a deep clean not just a quick vacuum with a stick vacuum cleaner. Bathroom floor had lots of hair from previous guest & needs a scrub. Bigger issue is the poorly maintained air conditioning system, the filter had not been cleaned for a long long time & was completely blocked. Previous online reviews had mentioned air conditioning & hotel replied about 1 month ago that they’d check the air conditioning system, it is obvious they did not. This is also a hotel that the windows don’t open. While convenient, even with the terrific front desk staff I can’t recommend this hotel due to its poor maintenance & cleanliness.
