The welcome is not really good, we have to carry the luggage either we understand the situation of the building (that is combine between apartment, hotel and other complex) but we expect to have better welcome service. Everything here is perfect, the breakfast is yummy, staffs is take care and nice. And they prepare the cake for my birthday I'm really love it. Thank u ☺️

Nice location, very clean, close to the ocean.
I went during the Tet Holliday, it was so crowded! So it was a challenge to get the elevator to go the 21st floor!

Breakfast was yum, rooms clean and staff were overall friendly.
The lifts were very busy and slow, made a booking for 5 rooms as we were on a family holiday, all rooms were scattered on different levels. Toilet paper wasnt topped up and lift cards continued not to work.
