24 hours reception. Very helpful staff. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. The only minus we saw some ants in the suite. And excellent location.

Friendly greeting at the door and helped with our luggage. Quick and easy check in. Welcoming lobby. Close to lots of food and shopping. The room is tastefully decorated and so comfortable. Everything we need. We had the panoramic view room (#18). And he room was nice and warm for a January winter stay.

All of the above and very central to get around by Metro and airport bus is 3 mins walk.

Hotel is well placed on the edge of the old town and close to public transport. Staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean.
