We arrived around 5:30 and the room wasn’t ready, which gave us a lot of anxiety because we were going to a concert that we paid a lot of money for. The staff just wasn’t very helpful or apologetic that it wasn’t ready. Also, if you’re trying to get to the airport, be prepared to get an Uber otherwise they will only take you to the train station to get a train to the airport. Other than that everything was good. The rooms were very nice and clean.

Clean, spacious rooms, excellent water pressure, good amenities. The only thing that bothered me was being charged $10 for parking and not being told about it.

Staff was incredible, as always. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t great. We ended up getting more food at the hospital. The coffee and flavored water was good though!
