The location was very important to us, we wanted the villa which had easy access to the beach and located not far from Walking street, and this was great choice. grand Siam Villa is located in 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and in about 7 minutes drive to Walking Street.

From booking to check out this property was very good!! The host was thoughtful and very helpful, met us at check-in even after a 5 hour delay with our flight and traffic... everything in the house was perfectly suited, and welcoming!! We could go on and on, the pool amazing and clean, safety amazing, amenities on point!! Everything is nearby, beach, stores, daylife, and nightlife to match!! We were very pleased and definitely will use this property again....we are discussing a family vacation and staying at this property!!
