The staff were very helpful! They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was once a real palace, and the room was gorgeous! And the air conditioning worked great, with the weather turning hot.

Like the to go breakfast for our early morning flight and the convenience of the location.
Would like to have a more inexpensive way to get to the airport as 30 euros for a 2 mile trip is outrageous.
The shower stalls need to be checked for mold or the chalking replaced.
Ceiling fans, fan or air conditioners would be useful as rooms get warm.
