No signs that guide to the parking. And quite complicated to get to the Brera parking. Two gates and two tickets required.
My parents also stayed here and somehow got a single room during check in. That's annoying when there is no one on site to help fix that.
Bathroom somehow smelled like smoke. Rooms otherwise clean and simple. Cannot comment on the "Serviced" part. Room was not cleaned in two days. Which is OK. I think overall would not recommend.
