The staff were great even though they were very busy and appear to be short staffed.
One comment is that you need to be a genius to open the water bottles in the room !!!
Also felt the small breads etc at breakfast were very dry . Otherwise a great stop and so loved the decor.

I loved the balcony in our room. I have difficulty with walking, and a lift would have been a nice touch. However, the difficulties were overcome, and the staff were extremely good at helping and taking heavy luggage to our rooms. Many thanks. The best policy was to talk to the staff, who were delighted to help in many ways, and they were very good.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will use this hotel again. We have no complaints, only our thanks for an extremely enjoyable time

Check -in staff were very helpful. We had a lovely balcony room overlooking the water. There was good storage and happily there was Netflix on the TV. There was a good selection for breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The only improvement would have been to have a small fridge in the room.
