Clean room, clean hotel exceptionally friendly staff

Hotel staff was very friendly, whenever you enter or leave the property the front staff would greet you. If someone is by the door they will open it for you.
My room included breakfast which was very good.
Room was clean, bed was firm but there was a 1 inch topper which helped in comfort. Linens were nice and white however towels were not..
I was surprised to see a notice in the room that stated that if you have an overnight guest you will be charged an additional fee
Overall, nice stay, but a little out of the way for me.

The shower has Hot water.
The Air-Con is cold.
The internet works.
The pool is on the top floor.

New, quiet and well-located hotel.
