The location of this apartment is really nice. You're literally at Marina Grande, however, you don't have a beach view (some photos make it seem as if the building is directly facing the beach, it's not, you can't see the beach from your room balcony)
It's still a great location because you can enjoy the beach at literally 1 minute walking distance, and you can easily reach Sorrento's center and Sorrento's ferries port in a 15 to 20 minutes walk. We did it every day and it was very smooth. There are stairs to climb up but fairly easy to do.
The room was clean and got everything listed. You have a balcony outside and a decent sized fridge to put your stuff. Coffee machine, boiler, iron and ironing board and a closet with lots of hangers. There is even a sofa bed.
Communication with the host was super smooth and he was always very responsive.
One thing to keep in mind which I think is the law in Sorrento is that you have to sort your garbage (plastics, paper, general waste, etc.)
For the price I think you are getting a top location with lots of restaurants nearby and a groceries store.
When you arrive to the marina grande beach (water to your right) the building will be on your right with a small blue sign that says "annalu" but anyways the host will help you find it.
