Ideally, my overall rating is a 4.5. The staff was fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was superb (just around the corner from the Duomo complex) and walkable to just about everything Florence has to offer.
The only two issues we had with the property were: 1) the wi-fi was mediocre at best. It was never at full strength. And 2) two mornings the hot water never came on and were forced to take less than ideal showers.
Other than that, we really enjoyed the B&B and would stay again.

Great property in Plazza La Republica in the center of Florence.
Spaceous with a great view.
Reception separate from rooms with easy access to leave your luggage for convenience.
