Great location. Great communication with staff before arriving to Florence. Rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped so we were able to make breakfast both mornings.

Absolutely stunning location! The bells of the Duomo are so close it sounds like you're in the building. The apartment was very clean and the art was beautiful. The 2nd bedroom upstairs in the loft was adorable. We 100% enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone in search of a stay for more than 2 people.

We had a decent stay at the apartment in Florence. We were a group of 6 one night (4 adults and two children) and jsut 4 for another 2 nights (2 adults 2 kids). The apartment is small, but if you plan to be out walking around, it shouldnt matter to much. The small upstairs bedroom is nice, beware that the stairs are steep. The sofa bed in the living room is fairly uncomfortable. Okay for kids but for adults longer than 1 night I would say it would not be very comfortable. The apartment was clean enough, but the walls could use a good cleaning or a fresh coat of paint. The shower head did not work, only the hand sprayer. We informed managment and they offered to come and fix it right away. We were not at the appartment much so did not have them come. Hopefully they have fixed it now.
The location of the apartment is the biggest plus. It is centrally located and close to everything. You can see the Duomo bell tower from the window. The street is extreamly busy when you walk out the door, but the apartment is quiet as it is on the 4th floor. There is a small lift which is helpful with bags. Overall we had a good stay. Fresh paint and a new sofa bed mattress would have elevated the stay even more.
