Kind staff , I had an injured leg and they let me have a late checkout . The location is really the best . Next to the duomo surrounded by market and some
Of the best dinner spots
Place needs some TLC . Not great maintained , cheaply renovated like PVC window frames etc . Cheap beds and mattresses . No welcome gift ( a cookie or something) , not particularly clean , next to nothing of closet space to hang clothes .

host was brilliant with lots of information. the location was excellent
this is not a real 3 bedroom apartment- the 3rd bedroom is a sectioned off area with a curtain. the bathrooms were so small and the shower was more like a dribble of water. not enough crockery and suggest adding a few more glasses/cups. there was not enough storage for clothing.
