It’s close to the train station, and the room rate is affordable. For this price, I don’t think I can ask for too much. They provide hot water, but don’t offer ice water. And only offer one room key.

**Great location for Disney, but room storage is very tight**
**Pros:**
* Fantastic location for Disney lovers—just two train stops away on the Keio line, and the station is only steps from the hotel. It's also an easy 20-minute train ride into central Tokyo.
* The daily buffet breakfast was a highlight—delicious, filling, and offered a great mix of Western and Japanese options.
* Super convenient with a Lawson and another convenience store right outside.
* The staff went above and beyond, especially when helping us book a taxi.
> **Cons:**
> * Storage space in the room is practically non-existent. There were no dresser drawers or closet space, and the bed frames don't allow you to slide luggage underneath, making the quarters feel very cramped.
> * The onsen was closed for maintenance during our stay, and the guest laundry clothes dryers are not very powerful.
> * There are very few sit-down dining options in the immediate neighborhood.

Tokyo Disney Resort was part of plan for my trip together with my wife and so we really liked the location as the hotel was a short walk away from Ichikawa-Shiohama Station which is two stops away from Maihama station that gets you to Tokyo Disney Resort. The hotel switches out towels every day which was nice too. Small, clean, and simple.

It appeared that the hotel has three separate buildings clustered close together. I stayed in the main building, which had a simple, compact design that was functional, clean, and comfortable.
The older gentleman with glasses at the front desk was especially courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant.
The location is excellent if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland—it’s only two stations away and very convenient. There’s also a 24-hour convenience store right next door, which was a big plus.
Another convenience was the direct train ride to Tokyo Station, which took about 22 minutes with no transfer. Overall, a clean, practical hotel in a very convenient location.
