The property, the rooms, the grounds were extremely clean. Hotel’s staff was great and very professional and polite. The variety of food and drinks was as also very good. I was actually very surprised to the quality and attentiveness of the staff upon our arrival and throughout the stay. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience. I would gladly and without hesitation stay here again and again.

We had an amazing stay at Sunscape Hotel in Ixtapa! The service throughout the resort was excellent, and the staff truly made our vacation special.
A huge thank you to the bartenders Roberto and Christian for always being friendly, welcoming, and making great drinks with a positive attitude every day. Rene was also incredibly helpful and made sure we were taken care of during our stay.
We also want to recognize Josue and Adilene, who were both outstanding servers. They were attentive, kind, hardworking, and always made us feel comfortable and appreciated. Their customer service went above and beyond and really made a difference in our experience.
The resort atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was professional and caring, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend Sunscape Hotel in Ixtapa to anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!
