The best thing we can say about the apartment is its location. Very convenient to Paddington Station. It was overall clean. When we opened the door initially we were overwhelmed by a sicking perfume smell. The apartment furnishings were nothing like its pictures online. The dining/kitchen area chairs are leftover hotel banquet chairs. The sofa, if you can call it that is a futon with a dirty looking lumpy cover. All of the wood furniture has its finish coming off in places. The bedding was clean and comfortable, but not a lot of room to move around the beds. the wardrobe drawers were very difficult to open and close. It just feels run down and in our opinion this is a second or third class accommodation.

I always stay near Paddington to make it an easy trip to Heathrow. I’ve tried a lot of places in this area but this was actually my favorite. The room had plenty of space, a fan, and provided amenities. The property is near a bunch of food and drink options. The only negative I would mention was that being on the lower floor, I could hear every footstep above me and whoever was up there seemed to be moving furniture at 4 in the morning.

Room was okay and in a nice quiet area. The staff on site were lovely. The property is a bit run down but clean and functional. Transport links were great There were issues around the security deposit which I have never had with any other bookings. This was eventually resolved but caused a great deal of stress.

No reception desk, so any questions are answered by remote assistant. The dryer did not work during our stay (I didn’t find this out until after running a load of wash), so I had to use the Laundromat down the street to dry my clothes. There was also construction in the next apartment during our stay, which was very loud the management did not make us aware of this. It started before 9am and stopped usually around 2 so any chance of sleeping in wasn’t really an option. Decently priced, and a fine room- but would look elsewhere with plenty of other options in this area
