Nice stay. Alexander was extremely helpful and nice to deal with. Unfortunately parking was an issue.

The Ibis Aberdeen location is excellent - it is a mere minutes walk from and to the Aberdeen ral station which is also attached to Union Square shopping mall and food court. The food court includes a Wagamama and a Pizza Express. The Ibis is also close to the Aberdeen bus station (adjacent to Union Square) and is close to the bus 1 or 2 stop for Robert Gordon University.
My room at Ibis was very comfortable but basic - remember, you’re not staying at a 5 star hotel - the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The Ibis also featured a nice little bar, dining area and lobby lounge. The Ibis hotels are comparable to Canada’s Alt hotels and are, on the whole, very good value.

Very close to centre and ferry/bus/trains. Walkable to attractions and staff friendly. Felt safe even at night
