I had a great stay at this hotel. Compared with the neighboring hotels, it really stands out. A lot of effort has clearly gone into creating a modern, stylish property that still feels warm and comfortable.
I was especially impressed by the service. Yasemin was incredibly friendly, always happy to accommodate my requests, and did everything with a genuine smile. Gökhan also provided excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised to see a hotel receptionist come outside to help with my luggage—it's a small gesture that made a big difference and showed how much the staff care about their guests.
Having stayed at several hotels in Istanbul, especially around Yenikapı where I unfortunately experienced some rude staff, this hotel was a refreshing change. The level of hospitality here was outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.
