Stayed here the night before our flight out of Zurich airport so we appreciated the very close distance to the airport. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was fairly big with comfortable beds, decent storage and a spacious bathroom. We took advantage of the balcony in the room and enjoyed being able to step outside. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom weren't up to the standards that I expected. The walls of the room were heavily scuffed and could desperately use a new coat of paint or some scrubbing with a magic eraser. The TV in the room also didn't work despite the staff member from the front desk doing his best to fix it, which was unfortunate but not a deal breaker for a one night stay.

Exactly as advertised. Close to the airport so can hear the planes, but has block out blinds which stop the noise and light. Clean rooms with helpful staff and good amenities.

Great for a short stay if you have an early morning flight, beds were comfy and the airport shuttle was convenient. Reception staff were lovely too.

The only advantage we experienced with this hotel was that the train station is literally at the back of the hotel, and it's just a 5-minute walk. The room was ok but the pillows were very flat and lacked adequate filling. I had neck pain for a few nights. They don't invest in pillows for guests' comfort. Breakfast was so so and the same menu for those 4 nights we stayed.
