I have stayed here many times and the staff are always so polite and helpful. Unfortunately the room this time was on the side of the motorway and was quite noisy but all the other times I have stayed the rooms were lovely and quiet.

All the staff, from the restaurant, housekeeping and reception, made my two boys and me feel at home. It was a wonderful, memory-creating experience for my two boys.
