The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient.
The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the property is under staffed and with some attention to detail this property could be magnificent.

This property is amazing! The chalet, the grounds and the rest of the little houses are beautiful and very well maintained!
Everything was above my expectations. The pictures on Expedia don’t do it justice.
We stayed there for 3 nights in a room called Terrasse 1. The place has 2 levels. On the first floor there is a large living room , bathroom and a very well equipped kitchenette
The bedroom is on the second floor. It is a good size and the bed was very comfortable.
It was by far the best place I ever stayed in!
If back on the Loire valley, we would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay. It was very hot so the aircon in the room was much appreciated. Very comfortable and spacious room. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good but a little expensive compared to similar places.
