I used to stay in it when it was the holiday house which was a purely 50s motel. it’s been bought and refurbished and renamed the brooks. The rooms are still not very big but the beds are comfortable and I don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel when I’m in Hillsdale. there was a coffee maker that made delicious coffee and there is room for my small dog and his crate. The water pressure was good too, so I would say this place handles the basics well and is very centrally located especially for me.
The other thing I would add is that there is no on-site staff so I handled everything via text, but whoever was answering the text was incredibly responsive and helpful. Just something to know
I would recommend the brooks.

The motel is at a hreat location...only 2min away from Catamount mountain. The room was clean and pretty basic but thats what we needed. Only downside was the walls are very thin so if you have loud guests with kids u will hear everything. Check-in was seamless with no issues.

Quite place in the Berkshires. Plenty of restaurants less than a mile away. The suite was big.
