The staff are extremely friendly. Erdem in particular went above and beyond to book a tour for us. He ensured we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The property is in a great location and the room was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Van.

The staff was so helpful and kind. They upgraded our room and assisted us with our damaged luggage. They offered tea and coffee upon our arrival. Many thanks to the staff.
I highly recommend this hotel.
