Incredibly thankful for staff allowing us to store our luggage for a few days prior to checking in!
This made traveling between cities and islands way more enjoyable. We only stayed one evening at Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin however can say it is very convenient. Easy access to many amenities and shopping nearby, train station also within walking distance. Also enjoyed our breakfast buffet options and the welcome treat/time of happy hour in the lounge!
The only feedback was the initial smell walking into the room, despite the hotel being a strict no smoking hotel. There was an odd smell but after opening window for a few hours, went away. Otherwise, excellent use of floor plan for those with lots of luggage.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. Staff were polite and professional. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
