The hotel is very central but it's not in the best location. Overlooking the main train station, it's on a busy road with not the best views. Regardless of that, I found the staff very pleasant, the room spacious and clean and the overall experience good. It's more practical than charming but it did the job :)

Check in staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was basic but well maintained and had tea/coffee machine.
Location next to Kassel HBF so easy access to trains and bus transport.
