We were just there for the night, the accommodations were really nice. We arrived late so ate at the hotel restaurant. The schniztel and spätzle were great. Breakfast was okay, usual European breakfast fare- cheese, meats, bread, jams, yogurt, etc.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and it was quiet. We did not use the pool. Would definitely stay there again

The location is only a 15-20 min train or bus ride into Innsbruck, but it is a charming mountain village. My room was basic, but had all essentials (comfortable bed and en suite bath) and a lovely Mountain View. Good breakfast included in price. Innsbruck card also included which provided free train and bus transportation into the city. Staff all were friendly and helpful. It was a great value.

The hotel is in a good location with nice views. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating as we were there with our child.
The pool and sauna are nice additions though the water was rather cold.
Good breakfast and dinner options.
We expected a few more outdoor amenities for kids.
