Nice and clean large rooms. Staff was helpful. Perk they offer 1 free shuttle from or to the airport. The second shuttle to the airport is really low cost. Better than a taxi.

The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the location is convenient, especially if you’re traveling by train, as it’s close to the station.
The hotel shuttle to Schiphol Airport was useful, but the information provided was somewhat unclear. I was informed that the shuttle costs €5 per person, but it was not mentioned that taxes were charged in addition to this fee.
The staff was helpful whenever assistance was needed, although I found the service somewhat impersonal and lacking warmth. The bed was also disappointing, as the mattress was quite saggy and could benefit from being replaced.
Overall, the hotel has several positive aspects, particularly its cleanliness, breakfast, and location, but there is room for improvement in communication, customer service, and room comfort.
