The staff were really warm and the villas were quite well maintained. Mosquitoes seem to be an issue though (seeing as how they had devices to ward off mosquitoes in the room) so one may want to make sure you have repellent on.
Otherwise there’s a convenience store right across the road and a supermarket around the corner (just a few minutes walk away) if you need any snacks, drinks or last min amenities.

Love the location , all the staff friendly with amazing service. Villa pool very clean as is the whole complex. Shout out to the garden staff very nice gardens. We havecdyayed several times because of the staff and amenities. Close to a supermarket and great restaurants. Walking distance to shopping favourites.

Absolutely beautiful and friendly staff, the villa was awesome.
Doors opeing directly onto pool.
The villa even provided bug/mosquito spray, and for a very small fee private drivers for any day trips which was perfect, Jaya did an awesome job.

We just returned from an amazing holiday at Villa Jerami & Spa (June 22 – July 6, 2026). The villas and surroundings are stunning, but the true highlight was the heartwarming hospitality from all the lovely people working there.
A very special thanks goes to Oka, who truly made a difference and made us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay. The service here is exceptional. When my daughter had her birthday, the team even surprised her with a cake and decorated her bed with beautiful ornaments and a message.
They truly made our holiday one we will never forget, and it is absolutely certain that we will be returning to this beautiful place. Thank you for everything!"
