Therers no real view from the property you either see beat down biuldings or roofs the owners make up for alor with there very good customer service

Replace the faucets in the bathroom. You may have a pressure issue but the main problem is a design issue. Just bite the bullet and replace them.
The bathroom is always wet and musty smelling.
