Relaxing stay at Naxos Green Village! Staff were friendly and very helpful — they contacted me directly to arrange my airport pickup and also organised my port drop‑off, which made it stress‑free. At check‑in, I was given great recommendations on things to do, places to see, and restaurants to try. The location is ideal: less than a 10‑minute walk to the seafront through the Chora, and around 15 minutes to the bus station for easy access to the main beaches.

Large hotel complex about 10 mins walk from town and 15 to port. Breakfast was in a separate independent restaurant, was very average and expensive for add ons. Pool could use better upkeep but such an advantage for the hotel location.

We stayed at Naxos Green Village for four nights as two couples. Overall, the hotel itself is in a very good location, with useful amenities and a lovely swimming pool. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and we genuinely enjoyed our time in Naxos. Unfortunately, the attitude of some of the hotel staff seriously affected our experience. We contacted the hotel several times by email and WhatsApp before our arrival because we wanted to organise a small surprise for our friend’s 40th birthday. Our messages were repeatedly ignored, and no effort was made to help us arrange anything. When we spoke to the staff in person, we found them quite rude, dismissive and sometimes rather snappy. They did not seem interested in helping with our requests or making us feel particularly welcome. It is a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential. The location, pool and accommodation are all very good, but the customer service needs significant improvement. A warmer and more helpful attitude from the staff would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

Absolutely charming and unique The staff was so friendly and helpful, they were truely welcoming. The rooms are simple, spacious with everything you need, we had a great balcony. There is a large pool, grocery store across the street and fabulous bakery. The on property restaurant is a must for breakfast or lunch, serving the best cafe fredos. Town is a quick easy walk or catch the bus on the corner for the beach. Just a gem!
