The room was clean on arrival and after each clean. The desk was easy to contact via WhatsApp. There's a water filtration system in the room, which was super helpful. Great amount of essentials, including kitchen supplies. It made for a very comfortable stay. The location is also perfect. Close to many great restaurants, and the beach is just a short walk.

Clean room, but had a bit of a musty smell. Not too bad though. Comfy bed and it was in a great location. Staff were friendly and the room included a water filter, so no need to buy water.

So firstly I was a bit confused when I arrived because the hotel is above a bagel shop, maybe I didn't read this before but the elevator is inside the bagel shop up to the lobby. This was quite underwhelming, the lobby just looks like a office room but the staff were nice and helpful and allowed me early check in. The room was spacious, with a kitchen and washing machine, nice bed and balcony area and bathroom was good size with shower and standing tub. My room was on 3rd floor and I have to be honest it was very noisy from the pickleball place next door, there was so much noise from the actual racket sport noise to someone talking over speaker which was loud and would go on most of the day. Also the road is very noisy but it does quiet down around 10pm. The hotel has issue with power cut both days I was staying and the generator was also next to my room so was very very loud, staff were polite and apologetic and tried to fix asap but the first time it lasted a while over an hour and I just wanted to rest in peace. They offered me 10% off future stay but this doesn't really help me though is a nice gesture. The saving grace of this hotel for me was the rooftop pool, it was actually peaceful up there, never busy when I was up there and lovely views all around. Also the location though busy and noisy is central to shops and beach. Overall the main perk for me was the pool but I don't think I would stay here again to be honest.
