This is more like a business hotel. Clean, comfortable and efficient hotel but the floor space to open your check-in luggage. Only place I could open was in front of bathroom/toilet for my room.

A small room compared with hotel rooms in North America. However, it clean and fully equipped. Everything inside the room is ready to be used and functioning perfectly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very nice to stay in.

I highly recommend this hotel. Our stay was amazing. Everything is super clean and hotel location is prime. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Japanese staff was great. Housekeeping staff was also great. They’d make sure that even if I didn’t need housekeeping, they’d ask if I need towels or anything if I ran into them on the hallway. It rained a lot on this trip and the hotel always had umbrellas for us to use. Only thing would be that the hotel is listed to have laundry facilities on Hotels.com and generally speaking in Japan, I’d expect them to have an actual guest laundry facility with 3 washers and 3 dryers. Unfortunately, there is no on site laundry facility. They offer the pay per item laundry service like American chain hotels. On an 8 night stay, I might have booked a hotel that actually had laundry facilities.
