Lovely and clean hotel with friendly staff. The hotel was in a prime location to get around it out having to navigate around the big stations.
Would have liked a laundromat on the premises however there was many within minutes away.

Checking in and checking out were swift and convenient. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. A few staff assisted with area information and/or recommendations. They created a welcoming environment. It was nice to have a complimentary essentials in the bathroom. The location is great- short walk to great shopping in Ginza and convenient public transportation to many other areas.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It sank in the middle. The sheets were itchy causing splotchy redness on my skin. The pillows were not comfortable and had a rigid mesh interior that did not feel nice. It would have been nice to have a key translation for the thermostat so you can know how to operate the direction and strength of the fan, auto functioning, etc. The cleanliness of the room was in between the lowest range- the bed and desk were dusty upon arrival, there were hair strands on the comforter, but the bathroom was very clean. I don't remember requesting a quiet room, but it was quiet.
