Nice hotel

Amazing location, close to so many metros, nice shampoo etc

Far too small, travelled Japan for a long time and this is a very small room, no clean items placed into room all left in a bag on your door outside which was different than hotels in Osaka where they at the very least placed new towels in the bathroom and/or other items. Said the aircon didn’t work when it did, so the first night we opened the window for cold air as recommended and were bitten by bugs

离地铁站非常近，地铁站附近有一家711便利店，也相当的方便。就是酒店的前台没有休息的地方，稍显小了一些。房间不是特别大，但是行李箱打开的地方还是有。内部的设施都比较新。

前台稍稍小了一点。房间的外景太一般了。

Would recommend to anyone interested in staying in the area!

The rooms are small but excellent; they have plenty of space under the bed for luggage. The bathroom is fantastic, they have a large shower+bath combination that I looked forward to every day after a long day of excursion. The staff were extremely helpful as well, holding our luggage both before and after checkout (before our flight in the afternoon).

The pillows are quite firm, but still comfortable in my opinion. It's on a quiet street so if you are looking for active nightlife, this may not be for you, but personally we liked that as well :)

バストイレがセパレート

エアコンからの風がとにかく臭い。（カビ、ホコリ）たまらず部屋を変えてもらったが今度はタバコ臭の風でした。禁煙室と謳っていたが、元喫煙室だったのでしょう。エアコンのリモコンがヤニで着色してました。他の場所は清掃が行き届いていただけに非常に残念。エアコン必須の季節は特に、入念に点検してほしいです。

Very good

I had to use Wi-Fi for my preparation for online classes. I wanted to use it with my laptop and smartphone, however, it did not allow several devices to connect at the same time.

Would stay again if we visit again.

Great location, just around the corner from the subway. Hotel held our luggage prior to our arrival, which we had had forwarded from Kyoto. On day of departure, the hotel again held our luggage after checkout while we did a last minute outing. Proximity to Tsukiji outer market, also easy to get to TeamLab Planets, and one ride away from Tokyo station.

The space felt cramped, but I think this is usual for accommodations in Tokyo.

Fantastic stay, we, including our kids loved it

Close to everything, friendly staff, cleanliness. Stayed for 7 nights. Laundry about 2mins walk, restaurant below the property, train station less than a minutes walk and convenience stores like 7 eleven less than 2 mins walk.

Very small rooms. Couldn’t see the description well via photos.

I feel like this is really luxurious.

The amenities (toilets, bath and shower) are great.

Have a wider variety of items in the vending machine and put at least one microwave for users on the higher floors.

Good value for a place to unwind after a day of exploring Tokyo

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice amenities. 5-10 minute walk to most train stations, restaurants and bars.

Small rooms. The smoking floor includes rooms where you can smoke in the room, so the floor and the room smells pretty smokey. Small window to a tiny back alley.

The Staff is so humble, the area is good near the subway, and the amenities so complete. Love staying in here.

The room is too small, we can bring luggage inside. Beside that it was so good to live in here!

Good

The staff was really helpful and the hotel is well-located.

It was quite noisy as we could hear all of the noise outside even though we were on the 10th floor. The bathroom was functional.

Room a bit small for family of 4. Very little place for big luggage.

I would recommend to all my friends

The staff was very patient and help us a lot as it was our fist time in Japan! Even though we came earlier and have lots of luggage, they were okay to help us safekeep them for us and allowed us to checkin earlier once the room is ready! We were able to rest after a long morning!

Location is close to many public transports (shinkansen, many metro lines). Room is really clean and everything seems to be new. Nice wifi, nice staff.

I visited Tokyo many times and it was my first time in this hotel. Price is high considering the room is really small and they don't have breakfast. Let's say hotel is really good for a few days business trip.
