The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but after just a 10-minute walk you are right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are several APA hotels in the area, so we initially went to the wrong one, but luckily they are all within about a 5-minute walk of each other.
The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel, but the space was very well designed, with practical areas for storing luggage and belongings. Everything was clean and comfortable. Both check-in and check-out were quick and completely hassle-free.
Nothing in particular. Just be aware that there are several APA hotels with similar names in the area, so it can be easy to mix them up at first.

Location was great. Very clean. Staff were okay.

Was a bit pricey during the Golden Week which make sense. Besides that the room is super comfy and clean, amenities all included. Good deal and total worth the money. Also at the reception umbrellas were provided for rent during a rainy day which is a huge plus.
Disadvantages were not found.

The place were the hotel is situated was a discovery: not the place of Tokyo to visit, but an interesting neighbourhood.
It is in fact a bit far from Tokyo station. Rooms are quite small... and being on the 10th floor is a pain when there is only one elevator to move.
Beware, there are two hotels with basically the same name.
