⭐ 1/5 – Misrepresented location, uninhabitable apartment I booked this property because the listing shows a central Courchevel 1850 building. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit felt as if previous guests had just left. There was a strong cigarette smoke odor throughout despite the non-smoking listing. Basic facilities did not function: the shower and bathroom sink would not drain and the hair dryer did not work. Kitchen equipment was almost entirely missing, making cooking impossible. No ski locker was provided and we were told to store skis inside the apartment, which is impractical. Most concerning, I sent multiple emails during the stay requesting repairs — no one ever responded and nothing was fixed. The property materially differs from the listing and was not habitable. This severely disrupted our family ski trip. I strongly advise avoiding this property.
