The location is ideal. The room was clean and spacious with laundry facilities in the room.
Unfortunately, our room was on level 2, and there was a loud party atmosphere on the Saturday evening until past 2am. Other rooms (or use ear plugs) would probably work. The Sunday evening WS much quieter.

We have mixed feelings about our stay at The Median. We LOVED the location and security, and how friendly everyone was at the front desk. The unit was the right size for a family of 4, for a week's stay. The unit had everything we needed to feel at home and house keeping came every other day. The unit was clean, but smelled AWFUL!
We contacted Clive on our second day there only because we arrived so late the first night, to see if we could move units. He said that someone was going to come and see about the smell and moving us but this never happened. So we purchased air freshers and this only made it worst. There was a mixture of sweetness and old funk in the air every time we walked into the unit. We also saw a few German roaches in the unit and wasn't happy.
Communication with Clive was good for the most part. He did reply with 24 hours of our request, including when we asked if we could store our luggage in his storage on our last day there because we had to check out by 10am and our flight wasn't until 11pm. He offered to store it up until 4pm, which was nice of him, but we needed more time. Luckily another hotel in the area was kind enough to store our luggage for us until we left for the airport. Overall, we would like to recommend this rental, BUT only if there can be a guarantee that it doesn't smell and pest control can be addressed.
