After a very stressful travel experience, staying at this hotel was truly the best part of my trip.
I had not planned to stay in Istanbul at all, but after my flight situation changed unexpectedly, I booked this hotel late at night through Hotels.com and immediately took a taxi there. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
The room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, quiet, and exactly what I needed after an exhausting day. The customer service was outstanding throughout my stay, and every interaction made me feel respected and valued as a guest.
Sometimes a hotel is more than just a place to sleep, and this place honestly turned a terrible situation into a much better experience. I stayed for two days and left with a very positive impression.
Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again
