This place was really nice and clean, and the food was amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, and the Guest Experience Manager, Mohamed Atef, took excellent care of us, especially in making my daughter’s birthday extra special. In fact, the entire team was very helpful and attentive throughout our visit.
The buffet at Elements Restaurant was outstanding and definitely the highlight of our dining experience. However, the Chinese à la carte restaurant Chopsticks was not as impressive, so skipped out on the a la carte restaurants. Despite that, all the waiters and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our overall experience wonderful.
We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

With me experience as a Europe traveler I think for the hot country like Egipt there should be a free cold coffe as a normal standard.
