Alice was amazing! She talked me through all the room options over the phone and got us in early. The apartment was enormous and had all the essentials. When a light stopped working, someone was there to fix it within minutes. Amazing location - just a few minutes walk to most of the restaurants and cafes in Cowes. We were spoilt for choice!
The only tiny faults were that the dining chairs were moulting pleather which got on our clothes a bit, and there are no hand towel rails in the bathrooms. But on the whole, would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Location. Easy parking.
Comfortable dining chairs.
Wonderful comfortable couch. I usually struggle getting on and of couches but this one one was quite easy for me
Heater worked well in lounge room
Only 1 toilet available. For 3 bedrooms it definitely needs another toilet.
Oven and washing machine/dryer we not easy to use even with instructions.

Cleanliness and Balconies
Late check-ins are hassle. You have to collect keys from the opposite side of the road and then have to get back to property . We just wasted 30 min in this process on a rainy day. But once we were inside the apartment, the stay was pleasant
