We had a fantastic stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch.
A huge thank you to Lalo and especially Rafa, our butler. Rafa was the best butler we’ve ever had and made everything easy, from reservations to helping us recover a swimsuit we accidentally left behind.
The staff made our celebration extra special, and we can’t wait to come back. If possible, request Rafa, he’s amazing!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Impression Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything was top tier. The private catamaran experience was a highlight, and the entire trip felt special from start to finish.
David and Zelma were incredibly helpful and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond.
The resort itself is beautiful with great aesthetics, stunning ocean views, and a perfect beachfront location. The food and drinks were 10/10, and our room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed to relax.
Overall, one of the best experiences we’ve had. Thank you Impression Resort—we were truly impressed and will definitely be back.
