The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. I walked up one floor with luggage to get to my room, which for me was no problem. The room was clean and right on the waterfront overlooking the port and just perfect for exploring all the action on foot and coming back throughout the day if needed. Despite being in the center of everything, the room was completely silent. I had a little trouble with parking but the front desk was helpful with trying to refer me to alternatives. You can purchase a small breakfast of croissant, bread, coffee, tea, orange juice, yogurt or apple puree which is convenient in their breakfast room. Just a small thing but I wish there was a kettle and/or coffee maker in the room, but other than that, everything is perfect and I would happily return for the service, location and room condition.

Had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was quiet as it was not facing the street but the location of the hotel was perfect since it was on the street with all restaurants and cafés, and just across the streets there are the ferries to the Île de Ré. The staff was superfriendly and helpful and gave me some local tourist information as well. I spent one night only, but can't be happier with the choice of this hotel.
