Location: Fantastic, easy route to Sihlquai HB, next door to Limmatplatz and plenty of transport options even into the night.
Staff: None, but the check-in/out process is frictionless and simple and I would trust that calling their number would be useful.
Cleanliness: I stayed in room 34 and unfortunately there was a reddish-brown stain on the wall and the fan was incredibly dusty. Fortunately the shower and toilet were in great condition.
