Overall it was good. Location isn’t the best but it’s at a discount. Aircon did work but not well and spilled a ton of water everywhere.
Not complaining, overall I enjoyed my time there and the staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it if you’re a solo traveler or someone that isn’t too picky.

Super friendly staff, room and bed was the cleanest of all places I stayed in Hanoi. Excellent value and check in and check out process. Highly recommend

very comfortable stay, room was big and clean,would highly recommend this hotel. the staff were very helpful and friendly, great place to stay.
