There were cigarette smell coming from the aircon for a few nights. Almost became a smoked salmon one night and requested to change to another room. Staff very kindly helped to change me to another room on a higher floor.

Staff were amazing! The hotel is convenient to everywhere. The surroundings are all good places and shopping area. I will totally recommend this hotel.
Only thing, please keep the bathroom clean, door couldn’t close properly, and the pillows have nasty smells.
